The Kansas Department of Transportation wanted us to encourage the people of Kansas to follow the laws designed to protect them, should the unexpected happen on the road. However, most Kansans don't like a government agency telling them what to do. So, we had their fellow Kansans share that information instead.
Yours truly interviewed all these fine Kansans about their driving habits and behaviors on camera. We then combed through transcripts of these conversations to cut together dozens of spots.
